• For all collections, exchanges or returns based on personal preference (liking or disliking of the product) are not accepted, as all orders are dispatched after customer confirmation and each article is crafted with careful attention to detail and quality.
  
• Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Returns or exchanges are only offered in the unlikely case of a defect, damage, or an incorrect item received. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing banomunawarofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  
• Our Quality Department will review the concern and respond accordingly. After inspection, we may offer an exchange in case of any major fault.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
