Shipping policy

  • To ensure timely delivery, we have to collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, contact details and postal code etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.
  • Bano Munawar shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. All courier charges or related costs in such cases will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Standard orders: Shipment charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the outfit.
  • Customized orders: Shipment charges will be calculated individually based on the destination and weight of the outfit and communicated to the customer before dispatch.
  • For any duty and customs at destination country, it will be client’s responsibility.
  • Although we strive for punctual delivery, delays can arise due to logistical challenges, weather conditions, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to keeping you well informed about any delays and the anticipated next delivery date.
