Order Cancellation

Made-to-Order / Formal & Bridal Orders: Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Only 50% of the paid advance amount will be refunded. After 24 hours, there will be no refunds.

Standard / Ready-to-Wear Orders: For Local Cash on Delivery orders, after placing an order, the client will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp. In order to confirm your order, please reply “Confirm order” within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel the order, reply “Cancel Order” within 24 hours of receiving the message. For International Orders or bank transfers, cancelled orders will not be refunded.
